Turbo Kit for Mitsubishi Eclipse 4G63 (1990-1999) 2.0L

Complete T3/T4 turbo kit for 1990–1999 Mitsubishi Eclipse with the 2.0L 4G63 DOHC engine (1G and 2G). Built around a polished 321 stainless tubular manifold, a hybrid T3/T4 turbo, front-mount intercooler, stainless downpipe and a full set of supporting parts. It fits the 4G63 in GS-T/GSX turbo cars and 1G 2.0L DOHC GS cars — not the 1.8L SOHC (4G37) Eclipse or the 2.4L SOHC (4G64) Spyder. A tune and fueling upgrades are required.

Installation Notes

• A tune is required. Do not run boost on the stock calibration.
• The intercooler piping is a universal 2.5" kit — expect to cut, trim and route it to your car.
• Plan a gravity-fed oil return; non-turbo engines need a drain bung added to the pan.
• Use the turbo timer or idle 30–60 seconds before shutdown to keep the turbo bearings healthy.
• About 50–100 hp gain on a healthy stock engine at 8 psi with a proper tune. The 485 hp figure is a hardware ceiling at 25+ psi with a built motor and supporting mods, not a dyno result.
