Turbo Kit for Dodge Neon 420A DOHC (1995-1999) 2.0L

Intercooled T3/T4 turbo kit for the 1995–1999 Dodge Neon with the 2.0L DOHC 420A engine. It's built around a cast T3 manifold for the DOHC 420A head, a hybrid T3/T4 turbo with an internal wastegate, a front-mount intercooler and a full oiling kit. It does not fit the 2.0L SOHC Neon or the SRT-4. A tune and fueling upgrades are required.

Installation Notes

• A tune is required. The 420A is naturally aspirated from the factory and needs fuel and timing control before running boost.
• Intercooler piping is a universal 2.5" kit — light trimming and routing to your car is expected.
• Plan a gravity-fed oil return; add a drain bung to the pan.
• The manifold is a street cast log, not equal-length tubular — strong and quick to spool, with a different top-end character than a header.
• Blow-off valve flanges can be welded where you prefer.
• Idle 30–60 seconds before shutdown to protect the turbo bearings.
• About +100 hp on a healthy stock engine at 8 psi with a proper tune. The 485 hp figure is a hardware ceiling at 25+ psi with a built motor and supporting mods, not a dyno result.
