It pairs cast turbo manifolds and a stainless pedestal with a T70 turbo, stainless crossover with 44 mm wastegate flanges, front-mount intercooler, oiling, boost controller, blow-off valve, turbo timer, battery relocation, boost gauge and fuel-system parts in one box. Most installs keep A/C and power steering. Expect a solid street boost setup at a conservative 8 psi with a proper tune. The 800 hp figure is the hardware ceiling with a built engine, fueling and supporting mods, not a dyno result for a stock Corvette. Engine code references: LS1, LS6, LS2, LS3.

Installation Notes

• Professional installation strongly recommended. Expect cutting and fitting of the universal piping
• The manifolds are street cast with a stainless pedestal: stronger and more affordable than equal-length tubular, with a different spool character
• Oil return must drain by gravity; prime the turbo with oil before first start and check for leaks
• Blow-off valve flanges are installed at your discretion
• Keep boost near 8 psi until fuel and tune are upgraded, and let the turbo timer handle cool-down

Does this fit a C7? No. This listing is C5 / C6 only. C7 has a separate kit.

How much power will it make? A healthy stock engine at about 8 psi with a proper tune is the street baseline. 800 hp is the hardware ceiling with a built engine and full supporting mods.

Can I keep A/C and power steering? Most installs keep both; confirm clearance during mock-up.

Manual or automatic? Fits either when the engine matches.

Is it plug-and-play? No. You still need injectors, a fuel pump, an ECU tune and some pipe fitting.
