Complete single-turbo intercooled package for the Chevrolet Camaro (1995–2002) with the 3.8L V6 (3800). It pairs stainless tubular manifolds and a crossover with a T4 hybrid turbo, external wastegate, front-mount intercooler, oiling, boost controller, blow-off valve, turbo timer, battery relocation and fuel-system parts in one box. Most installs keep A/C and power steering. On a stock motor, plan on a low-boost street tune around 8–10 psi. Big HP numbers are a hardware ceiling with a built engine and supporting mods, not a dyno result for a stock F-body.

Why this kit

  • T4 hybrid turbo with a .57 trim compressor and .50 / .63 A/R housings
  • 321 stainless manifolds plus crossover with V-band adapters
  • External wastegate, front-mount intercooler and oiling kit
  • Boost controller, blow-off valve, turbo timer and battery relocation included

Package Includes

  • (1) T4 turbocharger (T3/T4 hybrid) with oil fitting gaskets and mounting studs
  • (2) Stainless steel turbo manifolds plus crossover, TIG-welded 321, 1-5/8" primaries, ported and polished, with V-band adapters and clamps
  • (1) Front-mount aluminum intercooler
  • (1) Aluminum intercooler piping kit: (2) 2.5" straight pipes, (2) 90°, (2) 60°, (2) 45° bends, (2) 2.5" 90° silicone couplers, (6) 2.5" straight silicone couplers, (16) stainless worm-gear clamps
  • (1) Turbo oil line kit: high-strength feed line, high-temp 550 psi return, fittings, gaskets and hardware
  • (1) External wastegate kit (2-bolt flange style on crossover)
  • (1) Manual boost controller with install kit
  • (1) Blow-off valve kit with install kit
  • (1) Battery relocation kit, full aluminum, cables, straps and hardware
  • (1) Slim reversible cooling fan
  • (1) Electronic turbo timer with LED display and wiring
  • (1) Adjustable fuel pressure regulator with gauge
  • (1) Oil catch can with install kit
  • (1) Coolant bung plus -6AN billet aluminum fuel filter
  • (1) Heat wrap roll

Turbocharger Specs

  • Type: T3/T4 hybrid, wet-float bearings, balanced
  • Compressor: .57 trim wheel, .50 A/R housing, 4" inlet, 2.5" outlet
  • Turbine: .63 A/R housing, T4 inlet via V-band adapters
  • Oil inlet: 1/8" NPT
  • Hardware ceiling about 800 hp with a built engine and supporting mods — not a stock-car dyno result. Plan on 8–10 psi on a healthy stock 3.8L with a proper tune

Exact Fitment — Chevrolet Camaro

  • 1995–2002 Chevrolet Camaro with the 3.8L V6 (3800)
  • One Make per listing — this product is Chevrolet only
  • Not for V8 F-bodies — those have their own listings
  • Chassis-specific downpipe and exhaust beyond the turbo flange are not included
  • Intercooler piping is universal and needs cutting and fitting per chassis

Not Included

  • Chassis-specific downpipe and exhaust beyond the turbo
  • Larger injectors, fuel pump and ECU tune (required)
  • Clutch upgrade, boost gauge and wideband
  • Oil-pan return bung if your setup needs one

Installation Notes

  • Professional installation strongly recommended. Expect cutting and fitting of the universal piping
  • The manifolds are stainless tubular with a crossover for the single T4
  • Oil return must drain by gravity; prime the turbo with oil before first start and check for leaks
  • Blow-off valve flanges are installed at your discretion
  • Keep boost near 8–10 psi until fuel and tune are upgraded, and let the turbo timer handle cool-down

FAQs

Does this fit a V8 Camaro or Firebird? No. This listing is 1995–2002 3.8L V6 only.

How much power will it make? A healthy stock engine at about 8–10 psi with a proper tune is the street baseline. 800 hp is a hardware ceiling with a built engine and full supporting mods.

Can I keep A/C and power steering? Most installs keep both; confirm clearance during mock-up.

Manual or automatic? Fits either when the engine matches.

Is it plug-and-play? No. You still need injectors, a fuel pump, an ECU tune, a downpipe and some pipe fitting.
