Complete intercooled T3/T4 turbo package for 1984–1991 BMW 3 Series E30 with the M20 inline-six (2.0L / 2.3L / 2.5L / 2.7L). It pairs a TIG-welded 321 stainless tubular T3 manifold with a hybrid T3/T4 turbo, 35mm external wastegate with positioning adapter and dump tube, stainless downpipe, front-mount intercooler, boost controller, blow-off valve, turbo timer and fuel-system parts in one box. Most installs keep A/C and power steering, and it works with manual or automatic transmissions. Expect about 50–100 hp over stock at a conservative 8 psi with a proper tune. The 485+ hp figure is the hardware's ceiling at 25+ psi with a built engine, fueling and supporting mods, not a dyno result for a stock car.

Exact Fitment — BMW

• 1984–1991 3 Series E30 320i / 323i / 325i / 325e / 325is with M20 inline-six (M20B20 / M20B23 / M20B25 / M20B27)
• Not for the E30 M3 S14 4-cylinder — that engine uses a different manifold
• Not for M10 4-cylinder (2002 / E21 318) or later M50 / M52 E36 kits
• Intercooler piping is universal and needs cutting and fitting per chassis

• Exhaust beyond the downpipe
• Larger injectors, fuel pump and ECU tune (required)
• Clutch upgrade, boost gauge and wideband
• Oil-pan return bung if your setup needs one

Installation Notes

• Professional installation strongly recommended. Expect cutting and fitting of the universal piping and test-fitting the downpipe
• Oil return must drain by gravity; prime the turbo with oil before first start and check for leaks at feed and return
• Blow-off valve flanges are installed at your discretion
• Keep boost at about 8 psi until fuel and tune are upgraded, and let the turbo timer handle cool-down
• Confirm bumper and radiator support clearance for the front-mount intercooler

FAQs

Does this fit an E30 M3 or a 318i? No. The E30 M3 uses the S14 four, and many 318i cars are M10/M40 — this kit is for M20 inline-six only.

How much power will it make? About 50–100 hp over stock at 8 psi on a healthy stock engine with a proper tune. 485+ hp is the hardware ceiling with a built engine and full supporting mods.

Can I keep A/C and power steering? Most installs keep both; confirm clearance during mock-up.

Manual or automatic? Fits either when the engine matches.
