That means broader mid-range torque without sacrificing the top-end VTEC cross-over pull. Built with thick 3/8" CNC-machined flanges and 16-gauge tubing, it seals flat against the head to eliminate warp-induced exhaust leaks under high thermal stress.

Designed for performance B-series and D-series VTEC setups, this header opens up exhaust flow with an oversized 2.5" collector. To bolt this up cleanly to your chassis, ensure you run a 2.5" diameter adapter and a VTEC-compatible oil pan for adequate clearance.

Installation Notes

This system includes metal gaskets and mounting bolts as shown. Due to the wide 2.5" collector outlet, fitting this header to your stock cat-back piping requires a 2.5" exhaust adapter. This unit also requires the clearance provided by a VTEC motor oil pan. Professional installation is highly recommended to ensure proper torque specs and O2 sensor routing.
