Yes! This is one of our most popular applications. The 3800 Supercharged engine responds incredibly well to the optimized ignition timing, giving you more power without needing smaller pulleys.

Does it work on the G6 (V6)?
Yes. The G6 (especially the GTP/GXP trims) benefits greatly from sharper throttle response. It removes the "heavy" feeling of the gas pedal.

Will it damage my transmission?
No. In fact, by helping the transmission shift firmer and faster (rather than slipping into gear comfortably), it can actually reduce the heat buildup in the clutch packs of older GM transmissions.

Is installation hard?
It is effortless. The OBDII port is located under the dashboard on the driver's side. Simply plug it in. It works on all models 1996 and newer.
