This inefficiency leads to severe heat soak, elevated coolant temperatures, and ECU-triggered timing pull that severely limits engine power during track events or demanding driving conditions.

The Engineering Solution

Engineered for maximum thermal efficiency, this cooling upgrade features a robust 2-row, 1.50-inch thick full aluminum core. By transitioning to a 100% aluminum construction with precision TIG-welded end tanks, the structural weaknesses of OEM plastic crimps are completely eliminated, ensuring reliability under elevated cooling system pressures. The expanded 27.00" x 14.75" core size vastly increases both fluid capacity and fin surface area, optimizing airflow dynamics through the front grille. This results in superior heat transfer capabilities, keeping the 4G63T engine within optimal operating temperatures even under aggressive boost levels, mitigating detonation risks, and maintaining consistent power delivery.
