Furthermore, the stock core volume lacks sufficient thermal inertia, leading to rapid coolant heat soak and elevated transmission fluid temperatures under continuous load or high-temperature towing conditions.

Constructed entirely from aircraft-grade aluminum with 100% precision TIG-welded end tanks, eliminating brittle plastic and failure-prone crimped seams. The oversized 3-row core (18.1 in H x 26.75 in W) significantly increases surface area contact and coolant volume for superior convective heat transfer. Features an integrated heavy-duty M14x1.5 transmission fluid cooler to maintain optimal ATF viscosity, paired with OEM-sized inlet (1.3 in) and outlet (1.57 in) ports for direct fitment.
