Furthermore, the OEM core thickness is insufficient for dissipating the heat generated by the cast-iron blocks, resulting in severe heat soak, elevated cylinder head temperatures, and compromised ignition timing during prolonged performance driving or stop-and-go traffic.

Advanced folded-edge diffuser tape inside the 26.25-inch wide core optimizes ambient airflow velocity across the aluminum fins, accelerating heat dissipation. Integrated into the bottom tank is an automatic transmission fluid (ATF) cooler, ensuring transmission temperatures remain stable.
