Crimp-seal degradation frequently causes sudden pressure loss and coolant leaks, risking catastrophic overheating and cylinder head or lower intake manifold gasket failure on the 3800 V6 engine.

Constructed entirely from aircraft-grade aluminum, this high-efficiency crossflow radiator eliminates failure-prone plastic tanks and crimp gaskets with 100% precision TIG-welded end tanks. The high-density 3-row racing tube-and-fin core measures 30-1/2 in. wide by 15-5/16 in. high, providing increased surface area and fluid volume for superior heat rejection over stock. An integrated 11-1/2 in. transmission oil cooler ensures regulated automatic transmission fluid temperatures under heavy-load or city-driving conditions.
