Built with a robust 40mm thick, dual-row core, this unit drastically increases coolant capacity and expands the active surface area for superior heat dissipation. The core is constructed using an advanced vacuum brazing furnace process, ensuring optimal fin-to-tube thermal transfer without the insulative properties of traditional epoxy. The heavy-duty aluminum end tanks are precision TIG-welded to handle significantly higher systemic pressures, providing a permanent solution to thermal instability and safeguarding your engine against overheating.
