Great customer service. They let me know the black tube was out of stock and if it was ok to send the chrome. Was looking forward to the black finish for my taste but the chrome worked out. Disappointed there were no instructions because the rubber coupling that connects the tube to the throttle body needed to be heated up to be more pliable to fit the throttle body A novice probably woolens have known that therefore instructions might have been a benefit
