Performance Air Filter for Volvo XC60 XC90 (2016-2026) 2.0L Engine

BMC Performance Replacement Air Filter - Volvo XC60 II / XC90 II

Your Volvo XC deserves more than ordinary filtration. Built for families who demand both adventure and reliability, the XC60 and XC90 represent Scandinavian engineering at its finest. This BMC replacement air filter honors that legacy with Italian motorsport technology—delivering superior airflow and advanced filtration that enhance your SUV's already impressive performance.

Advanced Filtration That Protects What Matters

When you're carrying precious cargo across town or across the country, engine protection isn't optional. This BMC filter captures particles as small as 7 microns—30% finer than your factory filter's 10-micron rating. That means better protection for your engine while simultaneously improving airflow for more responsive acceleration when you need it most, whether merging onto highways or navigating mountain passes.

Motorsport Engineering for Family Adventures

BMC's exclusive "Full Moulding" technology creates each filter from a single continuous piece—eliminating weak welded joints that plague lesser filters. The distinctive red multi-layered cotton gauze is precision-engineered with low viscosity oil and protected by an epoxy-coated alloy mesh that stands up to petrol fumes and humidity. This is filtration designed for the long haul, just like your Volvo.

Premium Features for Discerning Drivers

• Superior 7-Micron Filtration: Captures 30% smaller particles than standard OEM filters for enhanced engine protection
• Increased Airflow Design: Reduces restriction while maintaining exceptional filtration efficiency
• Single-Piece Construction: No welded joints means no weak points—built to last your vehicle's lifetime
• High-Grade Materials: Durable rubber with perfect adhesion to your XC's factory airbox
