The Engineering Solution

This catback system resolves factory flow limitations by utilizing 2.25-inch major piping constructed from premium T-304 stainless steel. Computerized mandrel bending ensures a consistent internal diameter throughout the exhaust path, eliminating pinch points and maintaining maximum exhaust gas velocity. By optimizing the cylinder scavenging effect, this system yields a dyno-proven output increase of 15 to 25 horsepower and vastly improved low-end torque. The CNC-machined, TIG-welded flanges resist warping under severe thermal stress and high pressures, ensuring a leak-free seal. The system terminates in dual 4.00-inch slanted and burnt exhaust tips that enhance the rear aesthetics while delivering a deep, aggressive resonance.
