The CNC-machined flanges ensure a warp-resistant seal against the cylinder head, while the TIG-welded joints provide maximum structural integrity under high-vibration conditions. By improving the scavenging effect—using the vacuum created by one exhaust pulse to pull the next—this header reduces pumping losses and allows the M111 to breathe more freely.
