Constructed from corrosion-resistant stainless steel, this header features precision-mandrel bent 1.375-inch primary tubes that optimize exhaust gas velocity, merging smoothly into a 2.00-inch outlet. This targeted primary sizing promotes superior exhaust scavenging, actively pulling spent gases from the combustion chamber to yield verified gains of 5-10 horsepower and proportionate torque increases. To eliminate the risk of flange warping—a common issue with aftermarket headers—this unit utilizes robust CNC-machined flanges, measuring a massive 7/16-inch thick at the cylinder head and 3/8-inch at the outlet. The assembly is meticulously TIG and MIG welded for maximum structural integrity and includes the necessary O2 sensor bung, gaskets, bolts, and clamps for a complete mechanical upgrade.
