Installation Note:
Disconnect the negative battery terminal before beginning installation and leave disconnected for at least 15 minutes. This allows the engine control unit to reset and relearn airflow parameters upon startup. Filter Maintenance

Rinse the filter thoroughly with low-pressure water from the clean side out, continuing until water runs clear. Shake off excess water and allow the filter to air dry completely in a clean environment. Once fully dry, apply air filter oil evenly to the filter media according to product specifications. Allow the oil to wick through the filter material for approximately 20 minutes before reinstalling. Ensure the filter is completely dry before applying oil, as moisture will prevent proper oil absorption.

Sound Characteristics
