The Engineering Solution

This performance intake assembly utilizes a smooth, mandrel-bent aluminum tube finished in a heat-dissipating black powder coat to insulate incoming air from engine compartment soak. An oil-resistant 4-ply reinforced silicone elbow ensures secure coupling and structural rigidity under high engine vacuum. By establishing a uniform, low-friction bore directly to the throttle body, this system stabilizes airflow velocity and optimizes mass air sensor readings across the entire powerband.
