No. It's built for the twin-turbo N54 only. N55 cars, like the 2011-2013 135i, 2011+ 335i (except the 335is), 2011-2016 535i and the X3/X5/X6 35i, use a different intake.

Does it fit the Z4?

Yes. 2009-2016 Z4 sDrive35i and sDrive35is.

Do I need to cut anything?
