The TIG-welded, CNC-machined flanges provide a leak-free seal and high resistance to thermal stress and galvanic corrosion. Exhaust gases exit through a round canister muffler featuring a 4-inch double-walled, rolled tip, engineered to produce a deep, aggressive tone while mitigating resonant highway drone. By optimizing exhaust gas velocity and reducing pumping losses, this system improves scavenging, resulting in measurable increases in low-end torque and mid-range horsepower output.
