BMC CRF – Carbon Racing Filter

The CRF (Carbon Racing Filter) is BMC’s newest high-performance sports air filter designed for both road and competition applications. It features a full carbon fiber support structure combined with a high-efficiency cotton filtration element.

Developed exclusively by the BMC Racing and Advanced Composite Division—the same division responsible for air-intake engineering in Formula 1, MotoGP, and World Superbike—the CRF reflects more than a decade of motorsports expertise. This technology delivers enhanced intake efficiency and power gains for high-performance engines.

Performance & Engineering

The CRF incorporates advanced aerodynamic solutions to optimize airflow into the engine. By improving air transfer and maintaining stable air-box pressure during the intake cycle, the filter enhances throttle response and increases power across the RPM range.

Engineered to withstand the intense heat and vibration associated with high-speed operation, the CRF performs reliably in both daily driving and aggressive track use.

Like all BMC filters, the CRF is washable and reusable. When saturated, it can be restored through a standard cleaning and re-oiling process using a BMC filter regeneration kit.
