Over prolonged operation under load, cycling heat degrades the tank seams, inducing micro-fractures and coolant loss. Furthermore, OEM clutch fans create parasitic drag while failing to maintain adequate low-speed CFM across the core during low-RPM towing, causing rapid coolant saturation and elevated transmission fluid temperatures.

The Engineering Solution

This cooling package replaces vulnerable factory units with an all-aluminum, 100% TIG-welded assembly manufactured from AA5052 aluminum. Featuring a 3-row vacuum-brazed core measuring 18.03 x 27.56 x 1.73 inches, it significantly expands fluid volume and core dissipation surface area. The precision-formed aluminum shroud houses dual 12-inch slim electric fans triggered by an integrated thermostat relay harness, delivering consistent, high-CFM airflow regardless of engine speed. A heavy-duty internal transmission oil cooler (TOC) ensures automatic transmission fluids remain within safe operational thresholds.
