Additionally, the stock parasitic mechanical clutch fan fails to move adequate CFM during low-RPM idle conditions, leading to severe heat soak in stop-and-go traffic or under heavy trailer loads.

This high-efficiency replacement features a 3-row crossflow core constructed from vacuum-brazed cooling passages and 100% TIG-welded AA5052 aircraft-grade aluminum end tanks, permanently eliminating crimped gasket failure points. High-density louvered aluminum fins optimize heat transfer across the 34-inch core. Built-in heavy-duty transmission and engine oil coolers stabilize auxiliary fluid temperatures. The included custom-formed aluminum shroud houses high-CFM dual 12V electric fans to provide consistent low-speed airflow while freeing up rotational engine drag.
