The Stock IS Cooling Vulnerability

Factory XE10 cooling systems rely on composite plastic end tanks crimped onto a thin single-row aluminum core. Over repeated thermal cycles, engine bay heat causes the polymer to degrade, become brittle, and crack along the crimp seam or hose necks. Furthermore, narrow factory fin spacing and minimal core thickness restrict heat dissipation capacity, accelerating heat soak during sustained high-RPM operation and track conditions.

The Engineering Solution

Constructed entirely from aviation-grade aluminum, this unit replaces failure-prone plastic tanks with 100% TIG-welded aluminum end tanks and a vacuum-brazed 2-row core measuring 1.42 inches in thickness. The increased coolant capacity and dual-row tube matrix maximize surface-area heat dissipation without restricting coolant velocity. It features an integrated transmission oil cooler (TOC) for automatic applications and includes a precision CNC-machined billet filler neck and radiator cap.
