Furthermore, high engine bay temperatures and continuous cooling circuit pressures degrade the brittle composite tanks over time, leading to catastrophic seam separation, coolant loss, and severe thermal runaway under load.

This replacement unit is manufactured entirely from high-grade aluminum, utilizing fully TIG-welded tanks paired with a vacuum-brazed 3-row tube-and-fin core. Eliminating the OEM plastic tanks and crimp joints permanently solves seam blowout issues. The 3-row internal matrix increases fluid capacity and surface area contact, accelerating heat dissipation across the core to stabilize cylinder head and coolant temperatures during heavy hauling, steep hill climbs, and elevated ambient conditions.
