Repeated heat-expansion cycles weaken the crimped seams, causing tank separation, gasket blowout, and catastrophic coolant loss under load.

The Engineering Solution

Constructed entirely from aircraft-grade AA5052 aluminum, this radiator features fully TIG-welded end tanks, eliminating mechanical crimps and plastic fatigue points. The core measures 22.36" x 27.48" x 1.73" (568 x 698 x 44 mm) and employs a multi-louvered 3-row tube design. This increases coolant capacity, expands the heat-dissipating surface area, and optimizes fluid dwell time to eliminate thermal saturation in demanding ambient temperatures.
