Additionally, during sustained grade towing or dense stop-and-go summer traffic, the slim factory single/dual-row core experiences severe heat soak, restricting thermal dissipation from the high-displacement V8 and stressing auxiliary transmission circuits.

The Engineering Solution

Engineered from aerospace-grade AA5052 aluminum with 100% TIG-welded end tanks, this assembly eliminates mechanical crimp failure points permanently. The reinforced 3-row brazed core measures 34.06" x 17.24" x 1.73", significantly increasing fluid volume and heat transfer surface area. Integrated internal transmission oil and engine oil coolers maintain optimal fluid viscosity under load, pairing direct-fit 1.34" inlet and 1.57" outlet ports to standard coolant routing without vehicle modification.
