The Engineering Solution

This kit utilizes a CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum housing that eliminates the physical obstructions of the stock assembly. By moving to an open-element 360-degree design, the engine can draw air from a larger surface area, reducing vacuum lag and improving the pressure differential at the throttle body. The filtration media is a multi-layer synthetic cotton gauze that is fully washable and reusable, engineered to provide superior micron-level protection without the flow resistance of cellulose paper. The rigid aluminum construction also acts as a heat sink, providing more structural integrity than plastic components that are prone to warping under the extreme heat cycles of an air-cooled V-Twin.
