This comprehensive kit includes two 50-foot rolls and 12 durable locking ties for a secure, vibration-resistant installation. Please note: The thermal wrap requires a standard thermal curing period. During the initial heat cycles, temporary smoke and discoloration are natural by-products. Depending on exhaust gas temperatures, curing takes 1 to 5 days. Once fully cured, the material stabilizes to a golden brownish-gray finish, ensuring long-term structural integrity without degrading, failing, or unraveling under extreme mechanical stress.
