Complete twin-turbo intercooled package for the Pontiac Firebird (1998–2002) with the 5.7L V8 (LS1). It pairs two stainless tubular manifolds with two T3/T4 hybrid turbos, dual internal wastegates, a front-mount intercooler, dual oiling kits, boost controller, blow-off valve, turbo timer, battery relocation and fuel-system parts in one box. Most installs keep A/C and power steering, and it works with manual or automatic transmissions when the engine matches. On a stock motor, plan on a low-boost street tune around 8–10 psi. Big twin HP numbers are a hardware ceiling with a built engine and supporting mods, not a dyno result for a stock F-body.

Why this kit

  • Twin T3/T4 hybrid turbos with .57 trim compressors and .50 / .63 A/R housings
  • 321 stainless tubular manifolds with 1-5/8" primaries and V-band adapters
  • Dual internal wastegates, dual oiling kits and a front-mount intercooler
  • Boost controller, blow-off valve, turbo timer, boost gauge and fuel regulator included

Package Includes

  • (2) T3/T4 hybrid turbochargers with oil fitting gaskets and mounting studs
  • (2) TIG-welded 321 stainless tubular turbo manifolds, 1-5/8" primaries, ported and polished, with stainless V-band clamps
  • (2) T3 to V-band stainless adapters for turbo clocking
  • (1) Front-mount aluminum intercooler
  • (1) Aluminum intercooler piping kit: (2) 2.5" straight pipes, (2) 90°, (2) 60°, (2) 45° bends, (2) 2.5" 90° silicone couplers, (6) 2.5" straight silicone couplers, (16) stainless worm-gear clamps
  • (2) Turbo oil line kits: high-strength feed lines, high-temp 550 psi returns, fittings, gaskets and hardware
  • (2) Internal wastegate kits with flanges and clamps (v-band downpipe style)
  • (1) Manual boost controller with install kit
  • (1) Blow-off valve kit with install kit
  • (1) Battery relocation kit, full aluminum, cables, straps and hardware
  • (1) Slim reversible cooling fan
  • (1) Electronic turbo timer with LED display and wiring
  • (1) Adjustable fuel pressure regulator with gauge plus -6AN billet aluminum fuel filter
  • (1) Oil catch can with install kit
  • (1) Heat wrap roll
  • (1) Boost gauge, backlit

Turbocharger Specs

  • Type: T3/T4 hybrid each, wet-float bearings, balanced
  • Compressor: .57 trim wheel, .50 A/R housing, 3" inlet, 2" outlet
  • Turbine: .63 A/R housing, T3 inlet via V-band adapters
  • Oil inlet: 1/8" NPT
  • About +power at 8–10 psi on a healthy stock motor with a proper tune; hardware ceiling over 450 hp (kit marketing cites up to ~1000 hp twin potential) with a built engine and supporting mods — not a stock-car dyno result

Exact Fitment — Pontiac Firebird

  • 1998–2002 Pontiac Firebird with the 5.7L V8 (LS1)
  • One Make per listing — this product is Pontiac only
  • Chassis-specific downpipe and exhaust beyond the turbo flanges are not included — plan on fabricating or sourcing them
  • Intercooler piping is universal and needs cutting and fitting per chassis

Not Included

  • Chassis-specific downpipes and exhaust beyond the turbo flanges
  • Larger injectors, fuel pump and ECU tune (required)
  • Clutch upgrade and wideband
  • Oil-pan return bung if your setup needs one

Installation Notes

  • Professional installation strongly recommended. Expect cutting and fitting of the universal piping
  • The manifolds are stainless tubular with V-band turbo adapters for clocking
  • Oil return must drain by gravity on both turbos; prime each turbo with oil before first start and check for leaks
  • Blow-off valve flanges are installed at your discretion
  • Keep boost near 8–10 psi until fuel and tune are upgraded, and let the turbo timer handle cool-down

FAQs

Is this a single-turbo kit? No. This is the twin-turbo package for the 1998–2002 F-body 5.7L.

How much power will it make? A healthy stock engine at about 8–10 psi with a proper tune is the street baseline. Twin hardware can support far more with a built engine and full supporting mods.

Can I keep A/C and power steering? Most installs keep both; confirm clearance during mock-up.

Manual or automatic? Fits either when the engine matches.

Is it plug-and-play? No. You still need injectors, a fuel pump, an ECU tune, downpipes and some pipe fitting.
