The Stock Armada Cooling Vulnerability

Additionally, the integrated factory transmission cooler is notorious for internal structural failure, risking catastrophic cross-contamination between transmission fluid and engine coolant. In heavy-towing and high ambient temperature conditions, the stock single-row design quickly succumbs to thermal saturation, causing elevated engine temps and compromised transmission longevity.

This direct bolt-on performance radiator eliminates failure-prone plastic and epoxy joints by utilizing an all-aluminum construction with 100% TIG-welded end tanks and a vacuum-brazed 3-row core.
