Furthermore, the factory mechanical clutch fan introduces parasitic drag and carries the risk of blade separation at high RPM, leading to severe under-hood damage.

Constructed entirely from aircraft-grade AA5052 aluminum with robotic TIG-welded tanks, this unit eliminates failure-prone plastic and crimped rubber gaskets. The 2-row 1.57" (40mm) core maximizes coolant capacity and contact surface area to mitigate heat soak. Paired with a fitted aluminum shroud and a 16-inch 120W electric fan moving up to 1000 CFM, this assembly delivers consistent airflow across the matrix without engine-driven mechanical drag.
