Furthermore, aged core passages restrict coolant velocity, driving high-displacement Mopar engines into heat soak during prolonged idle or high-load acceleration where original fin density cannot evacuate sufficient BTUs.

The Engineering Solution

This replacement radiator utilizes a multi-core design featuring 3 rows of furnace-brazed aluminum tubes mated to high-density louvered cooling fins. Fabricated aircraft-grade aluminum end tanks are 100% TIG-welded to eradicate fragile mechanical crimps and gasket seams.
