More critically, the internal OEM transmission cooler circuit is susceptible to internal fatigue, creating catastrophic cross-contamination between ATF and engine coolant. Hand-finished 100% TIG-welded aluminum end tanks eliminate blowouts under elevated cooling circuit pressures. Featuring tight 3/8-inch tube spacing with 14–16 fins per inch (FPI), this radiator increases thermal dissipation surface area by 35% to 45% over OEM specifications. It integrates a dedicated, leak-tested internal transmission cooler (M12x1.0) to preserve transmission line pressure and fluid longevity.
