Furthermore, continuous thermal cycling rapidly degrades the OEM composite plastic end tanks and rubber crimp seals, resulting in micro-fractures, pressure drops, and eventual seam separation.

The Engineering Solution

This performance unit eliminates plastic failure points entirely by utilizing heavy-duty AA5052 aluminum end tanks TIG-welded to a high-density 3-row downflow core. The multi-row tube configuration expands coolant capacity and surface area contact, drastically improving convective heat transfer rates across the 14.2 x 24.8-inch core. Built for drop-in bolt-on fitment, every radiator undergoes 100% pneumatic pressure testing to guarantee zero leaks under aggressive cooling system pressures.
