Furthermore, the factory single-row core lacks sufficient volume during heavy payload or grade-climbing duty, resulting in severe heat soak and elevated automatic transmission fluid temperatures.

This heavy-duty unit is manufactured from 2mm thick AA5052 aircraft-grade aluminum, utilizing 100% robotic and hand TIG welds to eliminate plastic failure points entirely. Featuring a high-density 3-row racing tube core (17 3/4 in H x 21 5/8 in W), it maximizes surface dissipation area and fluid volume for consistent thermal transfer. Built-in features include an integrated 5/8-18UNF transmission cooler, a CNC-machined billet filler neck with relief cap, and a solid brass drain petcock.
