Furthermore, high engine-bay ambient temperatures cause thermal soaking in stop-and-go fleet driving, pushing transmission fluid and engine coolant temperatures past safe operating thresholds.

Constructed with aircraft-grade TIG-welded aluminum tanks and a reinforced 3-row brazed tube-and-fin core, this unit dramatically increases coolant capacity and surface heat dissipation over OEM specifications. Measuring 17-1/4" H x 30-1/2" W in the core area, the crossflow design optimizes thermal transfer while resisting high-pressure spikes. It features an integrated internal transmission oil cooler and precision CNC-machined 1.34" inlet and 1.57" outlet connections for direct bolt-on installation without plumbing modifications.
