The Stock Crossfire Ignition Breakdown

The 3.2L M112 V6 utilizes a dual-spark plug per cylinder architecture that demands precise secondary voltage delivery. Over extended thermal cycles in the compact ZH engine bay, original coil potting resin degrades and develops micro-fractures. This thermal fatigue causes internal secondary winding arcing, voltage drop, and high electrical resistance, resulting in incomplete combustion, fouled plugs, and catalyst-damaging misfire codes (P0300–P0306).

The Engineering Solution

This direct-replacement kit provides 6 high-output coil assemblies and 12 laser-welded iridium spark plugs calibrated to factory dwell parameters. Each coil features premium copper internal windings insulated with high-dielectric epoxy to prevent internal flashover under load. The matching fine-wire iridium spark plugs lower required firing voltage, resist electrode erosion up to high thermal thresholds, and promote rapid, clean flame propagation across all combustion events.
