Constructed entirely from AA5052 aircraft-grade aluminum, this complete cooling assembly features a vacuum-brazed 3-row crossflow core (18.03 in x 27.56 in x 1.73 in) and 100% TIG-welded tanks with no leak-prone epoxy seals. The integrated aluminum shroud houses dual 12-inch electric slim fans driven by an included thermostatic relay kit, maximizing heat transfer across all cooling fins while reducing parasitic engine load. It includes an internal high-efficiency transmission oil cooler (TOC) and a CNC-machined billet pressure cap.
