Under heavy payload or towing conditions, factory cores suffer from heat soak and restricted crossflow efficiency, while aged internal transmission coolers risk cross-contaminating coolant and ATF fluid.

The Engineering Solution

This high-efficiency replacement features a 1-row vacuum-brazed aluminum core (19.21" x 27.56" x 1.02") paired with 100% TIG-welded aluminum end tanks, completely eliminating failure-prone epoxy bonds and gasket crimps. The assembly incorporates an internal transmission oil cooler, standard 1.50" inlet and 1.75" outlet ports, and a precision CNC-machined filler neck to maintain consistent cooling pressure across the 302ci Windsor block under sustained load.
