The Engineering Solution

This heavy-duty unit features 100% TIG-welded aluminum end tanks joined to a high-capacity, furnace-brazed 3-row core. By eliminating crimped gaskets and composite tanks, structural fatigue and leak paths are completely engineered out. The expanded multi-core design increases internal coolant volume and surface dissipation area, accelerating heat transfer away from the engine block. Fabricated with integral transmission cooler plumbing and correct bracket geometry, this radiator drops cleanly into the factory B-body core support with no modifications required.
