Phase 2: Installing the Cold Air Intake for Nissan Sentra (2000-2001) 2.0L Engine

  1. Transfer the MAF Sensor: Place your factory upper airbox on a clean workbench. Unscrew the MAF sensor from the factory housing (typically requiring a #2 Phillips screwdriver). Reinstall your fender liner clips with the panel popper, mount your wheel, and lower the car. Reconnect the negative battery terminal with a 10mm wrench. On the first startup, do not touch the gas pedal for at least 20 seconds; allow the ECU to idle and adjust to the new volume of incoming air.
