Turbo Kit for Audi TT 1.8T 20V (2000-2006) 1.8L

Complete intercooled T3/T4 turbo package for the 2000–2006 Audi TT coupe and roadster with the 1.8L 20-valve turbo four (1.8T). It pairs a cast T3 manifold with a hybrid T3/T4 turbo, 35mm external wastegate, front-mount intercooler, stainless downpipe, boost controller, blow-off valve, turbo timer and fuel-system parts in one box. Most installs keep A/C and power steering, and it works with manual or automatic transmissions. Expect roughly 50–100 hp over stock at a conservative 8 psi with a proper tune. The 545 hp figure is the hardware's ceiling at 25+ psi with a built engine, fueling and supporting mods, not a dyno result for a stock car.

• 2000–2006 Audi TT (8N) coupe and roadster, FWD or quattro, 1.8L 1781cc 20V turbo four (1.8T, 180 and 225 hp versions)
• Not for the TT 3.2L VR6 or the 2008+ TT 2.0T (8J)
• Not for the Audi A4 1.8T: that longitudinal engine bay uses a separate kit
• The intercooler piping is universal and is routed to suit the TT bay, so expect custom fitting

Not Included

• Exhaust beyond the downpipe
• Larger injectors, fuel pump and ECU tune (required)
• Clutch upgrade, boost gauge and wideband
• Oil-pan return bung if your setup needs one

Installation Notes

• Professional installation strongly recommended. Expect cutting and fitting of the universal piping and test-fitting the downpipe
• Replaces the stock K03/K04 turbo, manifold and side-mount intercoolers. Check bumper clearance for the front-mount
• The manifold is street cast, not equal-length tubular: strong and affordable, with a different spool character
• Oil return must drain by gravity; prime the turbo with oil before first start and check for leaks
• Blow-off valve flanges are installed at your discretion
• Keep boost low until fuel and tune are upgraded, and let the turbo timer handle cool-down

Does this fit the TT 3.2 VR6 or the 2.0T? No. It is for the 2000–2006 TT 1.8T only.
