Simple Installation:
Connection to your OBD2 port is required. OBD2 ports can be found under the drivers dash, enter or left kick panel side. Mount the display to a secure location using the provided mount using double sided tape. The mount can be applied to dash or windshield.

Do I need any special tools or automotive knowledge to install?

The speed and shift point feature is pretty cool! I also can use my samsung and the torque app which I downloaded to reset check engine codes and see live data. You can get the better version of torque for a little money. There are other apps as well. The performance I noticed after about a week. Smoother and better shift points.
