How much horsepower will I gain?
Results do vary and can sometimes take up to 2 weeks to see results due to computer learning. Stage 1 recalibrates the ignition and fuel based on the variables such as the fuel octane, ambient air temp and other sensors in addition to driving style.

How does this product work?
Using your OBD on board computer port - plugs right in - our product modifies signals sent to your vehicles ECU computer. The module optimizes functions such as ignition timing, air fuel mixture, fuel maps and produces more power and better gas mileage. The ECU of modern vehicles controls a series of actuators on an internal combustion engine to ensure the optimum running. It does this by reading values from a multitude of sensors within the engine bay, interpreting the data using multidimensional performance maps (Look-up tables), and adjusting the engine actuators accordingly.
Is this product a resistor?
No, this product does not connect to your engine sensor like many cheap products on the market. No splicing or cutting wires!
Do I need to use Stage 1 first in order to use Stage 2 or 3?
No, Stages will determine how much power you'll able to extract from your vehicle, you don't need to upgrade from one Stage to another.

Tuning chip
This is the absolutely best spent $money we have spent on our jeep, 100% as stated, shipping was 3 days early, and the install wow, my 16 year old did the install with me over watching. Let me tell you the differences we have already seen 3 days later now WOW, cheap horse power and trailer towing torque . 110 % would recommend this product and I would.put my word on it ...

Great add on for a sluggish Jeep Cherokee
I have a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Limited 6 Cylinder. I've been told by the dealer that Chrysler tunes the vehicles to get good gas mileage. Unfortunately the cars end up sluggish especially running the air conditioning. With the exception of yesterday when it started hesitating again the vehicle has been running good. I've only had the chip installed for a week but I notice better pick up and less hesitation.

Stage 3 chip performance
As soon as my chip arrived I was all giddy and excited to see how it worked! I've always wanted to install a chip in my vehicles, but never willing to drop the $300 to do it...I finally pulled the trigger...and I am impressed, to say the least. I installed this chip along with a cold air intake on my 2018 Jeep Compass. The results were amazing! I have more low end power and a great boost to acceleration! As an added benefit - my Jeep has a 9 speed transmission (for fuel economy) but because 9th gear is so tall and the RPMs generated at 80MPH is roughly 1700 (not even enough to keep a mild coast on the freeway) 9th gear is usless...or at least it was!!! With the torque and hp boost from the chip and cold air intake, I am now able to use 9th gear to cruise on the freeway with minimal issues! This is fantastic! I was alos worried it was going to trip my "check engine light" but as of now, it has not turned on once! All in all, I am very happy with this chip and would recommend it to anyone that is looking to boost their vehicles performance. Just to give you some stats: 2018 Jeep Compass Limited 4x4 2.4L 4 cylinder (tigershark) engine 9 speed OD AWD transmission Stock HP: 186 With the chip and intake installed I believe I've added at least 35 hp bringing it up into the 220 hp range! Not a bad gain for two VERY easily installed performance parts. If you're thinking about pulling the trigger on this...I suggest you do it. You will not be disappointed.

I initially ordered a chip from Jet Performance even though my last chip had been purchased from PCT. They sent me the wrong part twice so I returned to PCT. Part came in quickly and was a breeze to install. I put it in at the same time I added a K&N Cold Air Kit........... together I can tell a significant improvement. I recommend both done at the same time.
