Results do vary and can sometimes take up to 2 weeks to see results due to computer learning. Stage 1 recalibrates the ignition and fuel based on the variables such as the fuel octane, ambient air temp and other sensors in addition to driving style.

How does this product work?
Using your OBD on board computer port - plugs right in - our product modifies signals sent to your vehicles ECU computer. The module optimizes functions such as ignition timing, air fuel mixture, fuel maps and produces more power and better gas mileage. The ECU of modern vehicles controls a series of actuators on an internal combustion engine to ensure the optimum running. It does this by reading values from a multitude of sensors within the engine bay, interpreting the data using multidimensional performance maps (Look-up tables), and adjusting the engine actuators accordingly.

Put this into my 2014 Silverado 1500 along with a $120 CAI. The intake gave a few more mpg and torque. When I installed this chip, it took my truck from making an average of 18 mpg to 23mpg with a noticeable increase in torque and Hp. My truck is able to pull my 9,300lbs. Tractor trailer combo easier. The increase when towing g went from 13-14 mpg to 16-17 mpg. I'm going to complete the whole system with a 3" cat back exhaust system with a straight through muffler.

Stage two performances chip module
I have bought two of these stage two performances chip modules, and very happy with them ! The first one I got was for my 2014 Silverado 5.3 and the best thing about it is the acceleration you can really tell the difference in it versus without having the chip and passing just like it tell you in there explanation they give you. I like it so much I got my son a stage two performances chip module for his 2011 6.2 liter Camaro SS and he love it to . I have actually got two other people to buy them also and they are very happy.

I have had the chip for only a week. Very easy to install. Acceleration has improved. It takes a while for the cars computer to adjust to new settings, so I am hoping for more improvements in the next week or two of driv ing.

I have been reading up on some of these high dollar tunes and I didn't have the extra money just to pay four or five hundred dollars on a tune , so I purchased the stage 2 for my 2014 Silverado 5.3 liter to get a little more pep in its step the truck comes from the factory with 355 horsepower anyway it is pretty quick from the factory ! I have heard these things don't work the lower priced ones anyway, I said what the heck what do I have to lose and let me tell you belive it or not it performs as advertised very satisfied. As a matter of fact I am purchasing another today for my son !!

Did what I wanted
I purchased the chip in order to help correct a cold start issue with my 08 Colorado. When I start in the morning it shuddered and nearly stalled for about 10 seconds then was fine the rest of the day. The chip helps, but did not eliminate the issue altogether. I did see an improvement in MPG by about 1 MPG. It recommends using 91 Octane or higher with the chip but I continue to use the cheap gas. OneDown side that I cannot confirm the chip is responsible for is after I have been using it for a few weeks I am now starting to get "AC OFF" Warnings and my AC shuts off and my thermostat reads 0. Did not do this prior to chip install but cannot confirm the chip is causing it. Engine typically runs much smoother and at a lower RPM on the highway while installed.

Installed this on my 03 cavalier, cheapest upgrade I ever did for what I got, 0-60 is way better now, trans is smoother shifting, lowered idle down to 500 rpm. best thing i have ever down for the car.
